Was told I needed a mask but girl in front of me was not wearing one nor was man who waited on me who I think was the owner. Asked why and he told me she did not need one because she was his daughter. I am a 15+ year customer who will never go back again.

This place is the worst dry cleaner in the city of Cincinnati. They tore up a $300+ designer shirt and completely ripped my collar and refused to use insurance to replace the damage they did....they took absolutely no responsibility for the damage and I was appauled after years of loyal service. Said they did not do it and that it was destroyed before they cleaned... it which made no sense at all. I asked them why would they dry clean a ripped up shirt and their response was they did not see it was destroyed when they cleaned it or took it in... really? So much for paying attention to details...because it was in perfect shape and they were the only dry cleaners to ever touch that shirt.



Very dissapointed. I will never use them again. I suggest you don't either.
