Run - These people are crooks. I pre-paid for 3 haircuts with the promise of a 4th free cut. On my next visit, paid visit #2 of 3, I was kept waiting for over 25 minutes. I left and then phoned the owner to try to get my money back for the 2 pre-paid cuts. Her rude response" We don't refund packages". So I'm going to go in for my 2 cuts - no other services - no tip. They can shove their "free" cut. Stay away from there! There are tons of good salons in the area without stooping to their level.
