I called for a quote and here is how they answer the phone: "Jeffers Moving...... You have to call back, there is nobody available." Click. That is the last time all call these guys.

Company advertises as specialty in moving antiques and fine furniture. However, we had multiple furniture antiques damaged during the move. We saw one of the movers pick up a large dresser and drop it on its end. The movers also broke our front hall light fixture during the move. Another problem is the quoting process of this company. After getting a quote for 4 hours, they added a 5th hour for travel time. I was directly quoted 4 hours with no travel charges. However, the travel charge was demanded when they were finished. This surprisingly added 25% more to the bill from the original quote. When I spoke to the manager after the move, he did not offer any solutions to remedy my issues. He also did not understand my frustration with being deceived with the quotation!
