This is a very cool store with an incredible selection, but the staff are unfriendly, and not helpful at all. I visited the store today with my daughter and ultimately decided to leave after several clerks walked passed us without greeting us or asking if we needed any assistance After being in the store for 5 minutes, I ended up speaking to these folks before they even acknowledged our presence in the store. One clerk even stocked shelves right next to where we were standing and never even cracked a smile. If the store was busy at the time< I could possibly understand, but at 12:40 in the afternoon, and being the only customers in the store (that I could tell) – I opted to leave and take my business elsewhere. If my daughter were not with me, I would have surely made the 4 clerks aware of my dissatisfaction. Brick and mortar stores should learn that the greatest asset, draw and selling power that they have is friendly interaction -today, we can scan a barcode in their store and buy whatever is liked from any other store or online retailer, which is exactly what I did.
