Provided by YP.comI’ve had an excellent experience looking for my wedding dress. The bridal consultant who helped me was so considerate of all of the ideas I had in mind. I was very stressed out but kotsovos made the process so easy! Would do it all over again.

Provided by YP.comThe women here are always so sweet when I come to pick up/drop off my mothers furs and i got all my prom dresses here. Hope to get bridal gown here some day! Chris, the owner, is a hoot!

Provided by YP.comI called to speak with the owner and the man that came to the phone started screaming at me at the top of his lungs asking what my phone number was so that the owner when he comes in could call and interrupt me. I was calling about there bridal alterations, and got screamed at called a dog for interrupting him at work isn't this a business aren't I suppose to call if I need a service done? cant believe I was treated this was. so disrespectfull, I wish there was something that could be done about this. this was the worst customer service in 33 years I have ever experienced
