I stopped by last week to check out the vacuum cleaners because I was tired of replacing mine every couple years that I bought from the department stores. The person I delt with was very helpful and patient with me as he spent 30 minutes with me showing all the different machines for different applications. I ended up buying two vacuums from them and will go back in the future.

Excellent service. I'm new to sewing and my machine needed some help. They checked it out, cleaned it, talked me through how to care for it, and since I had lost the attachments I picked up a few things. While I was there I saw several other people come in for different things (including a gentleman bringing in a vacuum that must have come over on the Mayflower) and they helped everyone with respect and abundance of knowledge. Highly recommend.

I've had excellent service at Kramers. I've bought two machines there over the years and I've been very pleased with the selection available, knowledgable sales staff and post-sale support including equipment maintenance and repair. Today's sewing machines are high-tech equipment and like any investment, you look for dependable, quality service. I have found all this at Kramers. They also have classes and very helpful staff to assist you with your sewing hardware needs. Thanks Kramers!

If you want to buy a machine of any kind, then this is the place. If you have a sewing question or problem with your machine, then they can fix it. outstanding service and knowledge. The staff here knows sewing inside and out and provides training on machines you buy from them. There is no other store that will provide training without paying extra for it. They have machines and other items used in basic sewing to the very experienced sewers. I have been very happy with the products, service and the overall knowledge of the people who work at this store. It would be hard to find any store that compares to this one.

In a word, Awful. The positive review one can find on this place seems to be written by the owner. Simply put, they can't sharpen a knife to save their lives. It was too little money to try to get it back, since they repeatedly denied they did a bad job. I asked to meet the guy who did it and they said it's the same guy who does their REPAIRS. What?! No training in tool sharpening? They clearly have no clue about culinary equipment, yet they won't acknowledge their ignorance. This is a red flag for everything else they do. I completely believe the reviews scorching them on terrible customer service and incompetent sewing machine repairs.
