This Kroger will usually open more lanes when the lines get too long. The people who work there are very nice. I've had to bring back things, and they are always good about it.

I purchased some gift certificates from you store over the weekend and when I go home I saw a commercial for Applebee's that if you buy a $50 gift certificate they would give a $10 bonus card. When I asked a store manager if they could match the $10 or give me a refund I was told they could give a refund or exchange. I have shopped at your store for over 15 years spending anywhere from $400 to $500 per month. With this said I will be taking my business down the street to Meijer. So much for customer loyalty.
