If I could give this place a 0 star, I would. I live downtown and was very excited about the possibility of having a reliable shoe place that I could use. I wear heels a lot and often need to have the tips replaced.



When I went in today, the owner of the store was HORRIBLE to me. He acted like he was doing me a favor for fixing my shoes--he was very condescending and rude. Then, he refused to tell me a time that my shoes would be ready. When I pressed him on a date--telling him that I was going out of town and asking if they would be ready by next week--he literally grabbed my shoes off the counter, pushed them at me and told me to leave! I've never been treated so badly.



Please don't waste your time with this place.
