I first took my car in after nearly losing control of it because the steering went loose and it began to sway from side to side while I was going 70 on the freeway. They were the nearest shop I could make it to. (When I got there, I told them I thought it was the rear sway bar or sway bar links - the woman just stared at me like I was stupid.) Well, I was on my way to training for my new job and was going to be late, so they offered to have their driver take me to training. I waited 45-50 minutes for him to show up, and he never did. I had the front desk call him to see where he was and he told them he would be another hour because he had "things to do" in another town. So I had an uber take me to work. I got a call a few hours later saying that my car needed an alignment and four new tires. They said that would fix the problem so I consented even though it cost nearly $600. But that didn't even fix the problem! So I took it back a few days later at 10am on my lunch break. I asked them if they test drove it on I75 going at a high speed so that they could feel if it had been fixed the first time, and they said they did not. I asked them to try that before they start tearing it apart, and they did, and they felt what I was talking about finally. However, they took 24 hours to get back to me and just to tell me that "all 4 of my struts need replaced" but the cause of the swaying and loose steering WAS THE REAR SWAY BAR LINKS. I am convinced that everyone there is sexist since I'm sure the only reason they didnt listen to what I said the first time was because I am a 22 yr old female! My dad ended up calling them to decide on what we wanted to get fixed because they quoted the struts to be $1400 and just the links to be $140. We decided to just fix the links since we had just spent over $500 on what was SUPPOSED TO FIX THE PROBLEM. And what do you know - when I got it back, it was fixed. However- then the AC on the drivers side started blowing HOT. Wtf!! DO NOT GO HERE!

This place is not worth coming to. They are very expensive. I brought my car there for them to fix the problems that was going on with it and they created new problems with my car. I am very unhappy with the service that they give me. Most of the machanics there was unfriendly, they act as if they didn't want to be there.if you decide to choose them, then you are going at your own risk!
