Twice ordered sports pictures for my children and did not receive any pictures. Didn't even bother to say anything because of past experience with Robert Glutz himself. Decided that if my kids school uses them again I will refuse to purchase or take part in any pictures. By the I forgot to mention both times we failed to receive pictures my checks were cashed though. They just seem incompetent .
