I dropped off a duffel bag of items and there was a 7 hour wait. I had them hold a pair of snow pants to purchase with my credit. I returned and they wanted to purchase 6 items for $3.50 I might add but couldn't show me the items they wanted because they claimed to not be able to find them. I know 2 items being a pair of brand new new balance tennis shoes with tags infant size 3 and a sweater dress from CATO costing $55.00. They couldn't give me back my items cause they couldn't find them so I was forced to take $3.50 which didn't even cover the snow pants of $8.50. I shop here all the time and that was my worst experience by far. I could've at least gotten $1 ea for 6 bucks at a garage sale. Wow, for all the money I spend there, that honestly hurt.
