Ordered the grilled chicken club online and customized it to have no onions as i can't eat onion, Website glitched and added the banana peppers i wanted but put the onions back on double(kind of hard to hit onion then extra onion by mistake right? yea) called after our order was delivered and saw the onion(which is how i found out about the error) wife called the manager and he blamed us, with no regard that the site might have glitched, raised his voice loudly about us double checking our receipt when we did. asked to speak to the manager and he said he was but didn't state his name and didn't apologize just said if we wanted a correct pizza he would charge us for one. Called corporate and they said they would handle it but I know if you want things done right do them yourself. at least La Rosa's pizza offers cal-zones so i guess ill be using them from now on. driver was nice at least.
