Provided by YPmobileI have been going for treatment and would recommend any of the therapist at this facility. As far as I'm concerned it is the best place around for mild to major physical therapy. All of the therapist treat you as a person not just as another billing like some of the other places I have been to. You won't be disappointed.

- Orthopedics: Orthopedic physical therapy included treatment of the musculoskeletal system (which is made up of the muscles and bones of your body) that has been subject to injury or trauma. This includes sprains, strains, post fracture, post surgery and repetitive injuries. The areas of the body include the neck and back as well as the extremities. With exercise, strengthening, stretching, and many other PT techniques, you can decrease joint strain, increase body strength and health, and reach your goal of returning to your sport, your hobbies, or your everyday routines. Neurological: Physical therapy is extremely important for patients who have had or who currently have neurological diseases or injuries. The brain and spinal cord control movement and sensation. Injuries to the brain or spinal cord can cause death of the cells that control certain movements and sensations, and therefore you lose function. Without physical therapy following a neurologic injury, patients may lose many functions and not be able to perform certain activities. Decreased activity leads to many other health problems such as heart problems, lung problems, diabetes, decreased independence, and an overall poor quality of life. Myofascial Release: Myofascial Release, developed by John F. Barns, PT, is a gentle therapy based from both massage work and gentle stretching designed to warm and loosen the muscles. Through trauma, poor posture or repetitive motion, restriction can form in the fascia, causing pressure on nerves, blood vessels, muscles, joints and organs. By applying a static, sustained pressure to stretch and work the fascia, the therapist will release tension from the fibrous bands of the muscles, bones, nerves, joints to release any scar tissue or tension due to injury in the muscles and surrounding tissues
