My neighbors used Prestige Valet during a wedding reception at their house. This company parked cars up and down both sides of our neighborhood streets making them nearly impassable for cars . When I was trying to drive home, I was blocked for several minutes by one of their valets who had pulled out a car and blocked traffic. I stopped and explained that they couldn't completely stop traffic and block the entire neighborhood. I even said that I doubted it was legal considering no emergency vehicles could get through the roads. I was told that they felt sorry for me because it was a wedding. That I needed to get over it. I also saw the valets using other people's driveways in the neighborhood to pull into and turn around cars. I have reported them to the BBB. The response I received was handwritten, did not address my concerns, and did not follow the standard rules of English. I definitely would not recommend this company.
