Boy was I pleasantly surprised! Have my own washer and dryer but once a year I have to wash my king size down comforter. Not only was this place VERY clean, light and bright, air conditioned, all the equipment was operational, reasonable prices AND a very attentive/knowledgeable attendant. It really can't get any better.

This place is one of the worst establishments I have ever frequented. Not only is there card system a complete joke, their staff are very rude and unprofessional. They completley disregard any level of maintenence at that facility, the machines are always broken, and I have even sustained injury from slipping and falling due to the negligence of the staff (Whom were playing on the computer and didn't even acknowledge that I had fallen and busted my knee). I am completely dissatisfied, and highly urge everyone to steer clear of this facility, if not just for their own self respect, but also personal well being.
