Extremely expensive, Was very disappointed to see what my $ 100 arrangement sent to hospital looked like. The website made the flowers I thought I ordered look very lush and of nice size. What arrived was very small and did not look remotely close to what was pictured. I called to ask why, as I had taken time to pick a nice flower selection, and was told that there was a disclaimer that the designers would create something special and seasonally appropriate. I know that fresh flowers are expensive, but I also see the exact same flowers for sale elsewhere for significantly less money. I felt ripped off. The customer service rep was not very nice, or concerned when I called to voice my opinion of paying too much. I also see that the internet is loaded with negative review of this business. I wish I would have investigated further. They even generate reviews themselves to make the business look better.

Pricey with a capital P!After trying this shop twice I was dissapointed with the quality versus price rule. When I send a client a get well arrangement and spend $95 dollars, and see what arrived when I visit.........and I then have to check into the hospital myself with sticker shock. I knew I spent too much. I called and asked why the small arrangement was so expensive, and am told that the flowers where flown in from Holland and very much out of season, I think maybe it is okay. THEN I am in Trader Joes and see the same selection of flowers for $ 2.99 a stem.........I am still upset. The designers are not knowlegeable and the bookeeper was very rude. For these prices the service and product they offer should be a little more upscale. But again this is Cincinnati. I have since found a great florist in Mt. Lookout, the price is nice!

It may be expensive But worth it!Seeing is believing.
