I've lived here for about 6 months and have yet to see any maintenance personnel. I have been waiting approximately two months for a screen for my sliding glass door. Was told certain items that need repair when I moved in would be taken care of but haven't. Kids from the neighborhood commit random acts of vandalism and harassment. I would suggest to anyone looking for a clean, friendly decent place to live, to look elsewhere.

One star is the least I can give, this place is a joke. The manager randomly tells people they owe a fee but can never give a straight answer as to why and the fee amount never make sense as it does not correlate with anything in the lease. If you do not pay it she threatens to evict you. If something is wrong in your apartment, such as a hole being formed in the floor due to the buildings being built in the 1960's and never being maintained, guess what, you are told you have to pay for it. Maintenance requests go for a year or more until you threaten legal action then they suddenly appear to do the work. The rent is way to high for what they are giving, a drug and rodent infested cesspool. Do not live here, it will be hell on earth. Unless you like bugs crawling around everywhere and stray animals running loose everywhere.
