needed lenses replaced under insurance; made me drive to the store even though they had all the information in their system and didn't even look at the glasses. A month later, I'm still waiting for the lenses. I also asked about an advertised discount for Transition lenses but no "deal" was offered. When I called the number on the website this AM, it had been disconnected. Great customer service and salesmanship!
