Experienced terrible customer service tonight. My friend walked up at 8:35 to order a smoothie before we left the mall for the evening, and one of the ladies working was counting up the register already while the other was applying her make up. Once she finished with her make up, she took my friend's order and we pulled out our cash to pay. The associate that was earlier applying her make up continued to tell the other associate how much this was going to "screw up the register total" and it was "really going to mess her up" as well as cussing and shaking her head. She went to make the smoothie, and then continued to apply her make up before giving it to us. We felt very unwelcome and we felt as if we were bothering the associates... which is unacceptable, considering we were making the company money. Very disappointing!
