Had a destination wedding and came back to have a reception at home. I was told when to expect the dress to be ready, my mom went to pick it up and had to help them find it, which it was"nt pressed was promised to have ready the next day for my reception. Went to pick it up, they tried to press it and said they were unable to get good results. Then when I took it home I realized that they shrunk the dress it was three inches shorter so now it comes to my ankels and the lining is longer than the dress. The dress was three thousand dollars and of good quaility silk. It is a meass. They are blaming it on bad comunication I am devistated. Don"t go there.
