This company did our master bath and kitchen countertops. We would NEVER even consider using them again.

1) Employee made verbal commitments on price only to not honor those commitments.
2) Custom order sink was never ordered. Stone Statements gave us less than 24 hours to pick an alternative with a "so what" attitude.
3) The cutout for the cook top is still not right - with Stone Statements telling us "we never use the rough-in guides" from the cook-top manufacturer.

Everything looks great... I saw some of the granite late Wednesday afternoon... The installers were doing a great job... The kitchen and bar areas are going to look VERY nice!

My wife and I are very happy in recieving the newly-installed granite countertops from Stone Statements Inc. But, what makes us happier is the service we recieved....Over the years, I have hired professionals for household service and work. I had my doubts about making sich a major purchase because of many bad businesses in your field...But, Andrew from Stone Statements Inc saw to our every need from start to finish in professional and courteous ways...

Stone Statements Inc are the best We had been looking for granite counter tops for over three years. Tom at Stone Statements made our decision to go ahead with the investment very easy. He not only presented us with an extremely competitive price, but once we had chosen the style, he went out of his way to select a slab of granite which exceeded our expectations. It was far superior to anything we had seen from other suppliers. The installation process went smoothly and in an extremely timely fashion. The quality of workmanship was outstanding and he even recommended a solution to our plumbing problem. He follow up and post-installation service was excellent. Thanks to Stone Statements, Inc for a very satisfying experience.

The store owner/salesman is an unprofessional thug. Avoid dealing with him and take your business to somewhere that values the customer. Their stone is over-priced and they don't care about their customers. When we placed the order they promised us two-day delivery which was a lie. They could not get our order right even after two weeks of delay. After they installed our kitchen cabinets we noticed an error and reported to them. They downplayed the error and when they were caught they started insulting us. Next day they came to our house when we were not there and got access to our kitchen by deceiving our workers and removed half of our countertops. This was the action they took instead of listening to our complaints. I have never seen or dealt with anything like this. Simply put - they are morons. Avoid dealing with them.
