New Owner's URGH

This particular Subway location has been thru several transitions throughout the past 4 years. The newest trick they pulled, was bringing in new Non American owner's. You would think If you own a franchise in America you would understand English and everything on the menu. I went into this location yesterday and noticed the new owner and her relative immedialty because they failed to have on a uniform. NO biggie, but when a normal Subway employee went to make my salad the owner flipped her LONG black hair all over the food preparation station and proceeded to hurry my order along so she could ring up my order and leave. Now I am getting irritated because I really can't stand hair that's not covered while working with food. When I tell her hold on a minute I'm not quite ready she spats out some no English to someone in the back and they both get a good laugh while she asks me am I ready now. I said no and left the store all together, I will never give them my money again!!!!
