Talbert House is a communitywide, nonprofit organization that serves individuals with mental health and substance abuse issues. It operates the Turtle Creek Center, which offers community monitoring and employment services. The organization serves more than 20,000 men, women and children throughout the Greater Cincinnati area in Ohio and northern Kentucky. Talbert House s Turning Point is a chemical dependency community corrections program. Its Spring Grove Center provides case management and child support solutions. The organization also administers the Rewards Jail Intervention program, which includes educational and discharge planning services. It operates Passages, which is a residential facility that serves adolescent females between the ages of 12 and17. Talbert House is affiliated with Centerpoint Health.

A dead friend of mine stayed there. ..he told me he never been treated as a junkie but they constantly reminded him that is what he was detoxing was terrible they did nothing to help him none of the staff even cares about the people who were there food was poorly cooked and cold he left and relapsed a few days later if you are going there here is your warning if your not suicidal now you will be afterwards HERE
