My wife's elderly father was in the hospital for an extended time and his home was listed to be a foreclosure sale. My wife and I called several attorneys asking if they could help him file a bankruptcy to save the house but they all said he would have to come to their office to file the bankruptcy. Of course he couldn't do that because of his health. My wife found Mr. Wetherall the day before the house was going to be sold. He came to the hospital that afternoon and helped my father in law do credit counseling on his phone. He returned late that night to have him sign the bankruptcy. He was one of the most caring people I have ever met and just does little things that make all the difference in the world. My father in law loves Zagnut candy bars and said he wished he had one. When Greg came back to sign the bankruptcy he brought an entire bag of the zagnuts with him. My wife literally cried when he pulled out the candy bars. I think this man has more real compassion for people than just about any one I have ever met. I am not the type of person who writes on the internet but this man was exceptional. He did a fantastic job and saved the house and the cost was lower than what others gave us quotes for. I know bankruptcy isn't something you want to do but if you have to do it this is the attorney you should use.
