Appalled to see such a horrible review of this establishment. We have been customers here since 95 and have never once been treated in any way or seen an example of this....EVER! The employees are extremely knowledgeable and courteous, it's sad to see one bad apple can try to spoil the perception of a great business. Tell me something, why would you take a box to UPS if you wanted to ship it USPS?(yes those are two completely different places and the post office is literally 2 min away) That's like going to Taco Bell and asking them to sell you a Big Mac for the same price as McDonalds does! Are you people just angry or stupid? Also, please don't try and make others feel sorry for you when you don't actually have a disability.
