what can i say that is negetive?

NOTHING!!! The staff is great and they all work with you to get you the best deals and get you on your way. I would go back. And I highly suggest you check them out if you live in the Cincinnati area and are looking for a cadillac.

nice place to look around

during my recent visit to this car dealership I expirienced ok service . I was not greeted at the door but the questions I had about the car were answered. I might visit this dealership again.
