Alignment #3 was ordered the Next Day Again! & again another New Tire Purchase of MORE TIRES?!!!; Impossible in only a couple weeks time!! FINALLY, A reputable dealer told me that ALL 3 ALIGNMENTS WERE IMPOSSIBLE TO HAVE BEEN COMPLETED!! AS THE INNER TIRE RODS WERE FROZEN, MAKING THE ALIGNMENTS IMPOSSIBLE AND THE COMPLETED RECEIPTS FRAUDULENT AND ENDANGERING THE LIVES OF MY FAMILY AND OTHERS, INCLUDING ENDANGERING THE LIVES OF FRONT LINE WORKERS & THE PUBLIC WITH ABSOLUTELY NO HESITATION AND NO REMORSE OR APOLOGY!! NOT ONCE OFFERED TO MAKE IT RIGHT! KEPT TAKING ADVANTAGE OF OTHERS! I called the call center to get a quote on balancing my tires on a 2106 GMC Sierra that had oversized tires (I gave him the size). $ 15.oo per tire. When I took it to N Dixie drive the guy taking my info asked the other guy behind the counter how much he said $29.00 per tire.I told him I got a quote over the phone and he said that was probably a different store. So I called the store on Brandit pike and he said $49.00 per tire the I tried one more store in troy and he said $10.00 per tire. The attitude was very unprofessional.They charge whatever they feel like so if you do not know about cars plan on getting ripped off !!!!!

On Friday, Jan. 17, 2019. I took my car in to the Tire Discounters at 8002 Hwy 100, Nashville, TN. I made the 9:00 appointment for tire rotation and front end alignment on the prior Monday and was told I should be out of there in 45 minutes. I kept looking at my car sitting out in the parking lot and finally at 10:30 I asked someone up front why it was taking so long. He just said they were busy. Gee, what a great answer! Why make a 9:00 appointment if they won't get you in till 10:45? I had to cancel an 11:00 doctors appointment that took me a long time to get. I filed a complaint on their Facebook page and someone must have seen it
because the manager got my car in immediately afterwards and told me he had see the complaint. He apologized and said the reason for the delay as that "they were a victim of their success." That is the lamest excuse I have ever heard! What if a busy surgeon left a sponge in your abdomen by accident and sewed you up.He then tells you later that he was busy and a "victim of his own success.?? Sounds like the manager needs to come up with a better sound bite to address what appears to be a chronic problem. there were several people in the lobby that had been waiting longer than me. How can they not figure out that you can't service 6 people at 9:00 if you don't have enough bays. This is the second time I have had to wait too long (last time was 3 hours and several other people were angry as well. hope they get the message that they will no longer have to worry about being the "victim of their own success."

It is with great sadness that it is necessary for me to contact you on my unpleasant experience.
This afternoon, my friend with whom I stay., notice oil on the floor of the garage where my car is parked. Car serviced Friday afternoon. The premises was very busy on Friday afternoon which I believe unfortunately, your quality of service decreased, due to pressure to get everyone completed and out the door.
We checked the oil level and it is 2 pints low. I hastily added 1 and a half pints at a BP Station very close by and cancelled my trip to see my daughter and grand-daughter whose is in town for as few days and leaves tomorrow to go back to WV. Zackery initialed as checked whilst I was at the counter.
Synthetic oil was added during service and I added 10w-40 to fill up.
Please advise of your course of action to remedy my problem and heightened concern that my engine could easily be blown as soon as possible.

The WORST ! JUST SAY "NO" TO THIS PATHETIC PLACE FOR TIRES. THEIR ALIGNMENT
SERVICE IS A SCAM !!! SHAME ON YOU ALL!!

My right front tire had a noticeable "thump". Although I did not have an appointment, and even though they were very busy, they got me in and out in about 2 hours. Very courteous. I highly recommend this location. I have never had any experience at this store that was less than excellent!

Yesterday evening, we took our car in to the BELLEVUE TN TIRE DISCOUNTERS with a tire that was going flat. It was 2 hours before their closing time and 3 of the 4 bays were empty. Mike gave us a string of reasons for not being able to check out our tire and repair it, and said we would need to bring it back this morning. My husband had over-inflated the tire hoping to just get the car there without it going completely flat. I pleaded with him that this was an emergency and we didn't know if the tire would make it back this morning. We are not helpless people, but my husband is almost 75 years old and has multiple health problems. Nothing made any difference to Mike.
I SHOULD ALSO STATE AT THIS TIME THAT WE HAD NOT GONE TO THE BELLEVUE TIRE DISCOUNTERS UP TO THIS POINT SINCE WE PURCHASED THESE TIRES AND HAD FRONT BRAKE LININGS REPLACED. WE DIDN'T TRUST THEM AFTER ONE OF THE THE BRAKE CALIPERS WAS LEFT LOOSE, WAS MAKING A TERRIBLE NOISE AND WE HAD A SHOP CLOSE TO HOME TO CORRECT THAT DEFINITE SAFETY ISSUE.
My husband just asked Mike to over-inflate the tire again and we drove another 25 miles to the SPRING HILL TN TIRE DISCOUNTERS. The service man there, Charlie, was wonderful. I apologized for being there an hour before their closing time on a Friday evening, but he simply responded that it was usually their busiest time of the day. He checked us right in and repaired the tire in a short time.
TIRE DISCOUNTERS SHOULD INVESTIGATE THE BELLEVUE STORE. THEY HAVE A VERY SLOPPY BUSINESS GOING THERE.

Dropped my car off on 8/14 to have oil change, tires rotated and front end alignment. Told me would be about 2 hours, was done in 1.25 hours. I pick it up they tell me "We changed the oil and rotated the tires and after inspection notice my front brakes were in the yellow and would probably need replacing in 2-3 months." At this point i wasnt too concerned that they didnt do the front end alignment like i asked, i responded that i had just had my front brakes changed, along with new rotors, 2 new calipers and 2 new tie rods, which was the reason for the front end alignment. So i payed for my oil change and left. I get home and check the tires i had marked and they didnt even rotate my tires. Starting to wonder if they even changed my oil.

This place used to be 5 stars. After being a loyal customer for over 10 years, I will never bring my vehicle back to this location. I brought my truck in on 4/25 for an oil change, tire rotation, I asked them to top off the coolant and remove a screw from my back tire and plug it. They called and said it was ready so I went over to pick it up. The first thing I noticed was the screw was still sticking out of the tire and I could see it from inside the shop. I asked the gentleman about it and he said the screw wasn't doing any damage to the tire because it didn't penetrate the tire deep enough make me lose air so they didn't see the need to plug the tire. So instead of doing what I asked and making their shop money, they ignored my request. Can't wait to hit a pot hole and have a blow out! The oil change was $66, when usually it's just under $50. When I pulled out of the parking lot I noticed there was no oil change sticker on the windshield. I decided to pull over and check the engine coolant, and the reservoir was still bone dry. I went back to Tire Discounters and they apologized for forgetting to put the sticker on the windshield. When I asked about them topping off the coolant, the guy said it's against the shop's policy to top off the coolant and they only top off the wiper fluid (which they didn't do either). It would have been nice for him to tell me that when I dropped the vehicle off that morning. The guy said they did a coolant system check and everything looked good. He said I could pay $99 and have them do a coolant flush, or I could go to Autozone and get the coolant myself. The best part is the bottom of my radiator ended up being cracked and that's why my coolant reservoir was bone dry. Good thing Tire Discounters did that coolant system check!!! My radiator completely failed 2 days later, forcing coolant into my transmission and causing my transmission to go out. The total for the repairs.....$3,000 and not having a vehicle for 11 days. All of this could have been avoided if Tire Discounters had done what they told me they did. Hell I would have paid them on the spot to replace the radiator. I used to send people here all the time, and I always said this location had the best bunch of mechanics in the Cincinnati area. Unfortunately there is a new manager over this store and lots of new employees. I would pay cash to find out where the former employees went to, because they were all top notch. I will never take another vehicle to any Tire Discounters because of this situation, and I will tell everyone I know and everyone on social media just how lousy I was treated and just how negligent their mechanics are.

I wrote a review a couple weeks ago about what we were told was a lifetime free alignment. We drove 45 minutes to the S Church St location in Murfreesboro Tn only to be told there was no such thing. I had called a few days before and explained we had bought our tires there. We wanted to get the lifetime free alignment an oil change and tire rotation. I talked with Chris who was in a huge hurry to hang up. He told me to bring it in. We left the store after the guy at the desk acted like we were crazy. We took our Edge to Manchester Tn. We got the alignment the oil change and rotation for $91. Today I finally get a phone call from a Brian Davis. He was apologetic but only offered one free alignment in the next 3 years and 2 free oil changes which he said would be equal to the $90 we had been out. We have NEVER paid $45 for an oil change. Anyway I was not interested in what he was offering. Unless we hit a huge pot hole we won?t need the alignment in that time frame. I told him the only way to rectify this was to pay the $90 they had cost us. Your alignment was going to cost us more than that plus the so called $45 oil change and rotation. He disagreed so I told him no thanks and hung up. As of right now we will NOT go back there. I have a big mouth and I will definately tell everyone about your lack of customer service.

I purchased 2 tires and had them installed from Tire Discounters at 8701 Princeton Glendale Rd. My sales person was Antwan Isaac and I was charged $649.34 for the tires. I was out of town immediately after the tires were installed, but once I returned I notice the two tires were not a match to the current tires that were on the vehicle. I have (LT315/70R17 DUELER A/T Revo 2) but they installed Revo 3 without my consent.
I called Antwan to ask him about the issue he said that the tires were not available and his exact words were to see if I could find them myself!
I told him that I didn’t authorize him to put a different model tire on my vehicle. The following day I located and purchased the proper tires and brought them back to Tire Discounters where they took off the wrong tires and installed the correct ones. After which they kept the original “wrong” tires that I had already paid for and didn’t immediately offer a refund although it was his mistake. Antwan also would not provide me with a number to a manager or supervisor and I still haven’t heard anything about my refund of $649.34 for the tires I no longer possess.

In the 20 years of dealing with this organization, Antwan Isaac is the worst sales person I’ve ever encountered. He lacked communication, paid no attention to detail, provided terrible customer service and was very unprofessional suggesting the customer find their own tire.

My hopes is that Tire Discounters will take care of this situation by processing the refund in a timely manner and that they will provide better customer service going forward so that nobody else will have to go through this.

My husband have not been paid for the last two weeks and we can?t pay bills so we are gonna ended up on the streets with an 8 month old baby, just cuz they can?t pay their fucking employees

I called and Wes answered the phone "very nicely" and told him that I was late to a Dr app and needed a alignment asap because my car was pulling to the left dangerously and he said he had a rack open and to bring it it " due to me hitting a curb eating a Mc muffin with a low blood sugar from my Type One diabetes" Tim the Technician "Very nice and explanatory" explained a few parts that may possibly be bad. I asked Wes what it would cost for labor and he told me and I went and bought the parts and came back. Only 2 of the 4 parts I was explained may possibly be the problem was installed and I was charged for the price that Wes told me it would cost in labor for all 4 parts, needless to say that my car is ....UNSAFE.... to drive after 2 trips from "Lexington". I wish the parts had been installed, Wes offered after I discovered that they hadn't been installed and left and noticed the same thing with the car when I drove it down this morning from Lexington. Its not their fault my car is messed up, but I wish I didn't have to take my own time to take back parts that Wes said they would install for the price he gave me in a...UNSAFE....car. ....Great customer service....😔 -Matthew Smith. 4/9/2018.

I have been waiting for a 1 1/2 to get my tired rotated. Watching three people come in after me and leave before me.. One did have a appointment. But the others didnt.. I won't recommend them to anyone
