Provided by YP.comA cozy little neighbor"hood" bar nestled in the middle of section 8 housing. Frequented by all the colorful characters that govt subsidized housing brings. Stop in for a drink after leaving your dealer's apartment and say Hi to all the creepy old men in their 70s.

Provided by YP.comTowerview used to have an awesome bartender named lou. Randy is a great guy but the owner is a punk. Just avoid that hack and you will have a great time.
