Very impersonal. I was squinting in pain and she didn't relax her pressure. It actually hurt rather than feeling good. Watched the man doing a full body massage with another client across from me and he didn't look like he cared what he was doing either. Back to the lady, after seeing YouTube videos of reflexology, she obviously did not know what she was doing. I felt like trying a 15 min chair massage too and now I either have a bruise by my neck area because she elbowed me too hard or its a knot that I might have to see a doctor for now because again her technique was rough and horrible. Stay away!!!
