I have to agree with you. When I go there its hard to get anyone to help you and most of the cashiers
and service desk people are not very polite. I know that they deal with some tough people all day but customer service
should be with a smile. It shouldnt matter what you've dealt with that day. I always try to be nice to others even if I have had a bad day.

Horrible location. Terrible customer service. Incompetent employees. And an entirely trashed store every day. Go to the Target up Glenway a little bit. Much better service.

From the time someone rudely answers the phone to placing you hold several different times for 45 minutes total to talking to an unpleasant and un-interested manager Chris this walmart would NEVER get my business. Customer Service to Management all needs a quality course in customer service. It really is not that hard people. Simply think how you want to be treated when you are calling a place of business. And management should be held to a much higher standard to no prevail. Good Luck dealing with this establishment. And trust I am a frequent Walmart shopper and never have I once had to write such a statement.

every time i found myself at ferguson,walmart i get no help when needed. On several occassions when i ask for help i get ignore or the worker starts to speed walk when i say" excuse me can you help me." I found their return policy to be horrible i tried to return an item with the receipt and was made to fill like i was a criminal, because the receipt had no item number next to it just the name of the product. Now if im not mistaken thats not my fault its an error in the computer system i was made out as if i had stolen the product with a receipt come on now it took an half an hour and four employees before they gave me my money back and each employee made me feel like a crimial. I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK TO THE FERGUSON LOCATION EVEN THOUGH I STAY ON FERGUSON.
