Provided by YP.comBiggest Problem: You can't negotiate your own rates from TV/Internet companies here and they overcharge you for the service they force you to buy. Both TV and Internet must be purchased to live here.
Full Review below:
Apartment:
No microwave, no laundry room shelving, no overhead lighting or fans in bedrooms or living room, cheap mini-blinds for all windows, carpet throughout looks like it is older than I am. There are some nickle-like fixtures that were thrown in here and there. Like the toilet paper holders and one or two other places, not "throughout." The shower head and faucets in the bathrooms and kitchen are cheap and don't work well. Showers themselves feel cramped. Bedrooms are both large enough to be comfortable, although the construction feels cheap in general.
Service:
When I arrived I was locked out of my unit. I had to sleep in my moving truck and wait for the staff to arrive. They were about an hour late that day, showed up around noon. I tried to call the emergency service number all morning and got nothing. When talking with the salesperson I wasn't told about the mandatory TV/internet service they force you to buy through them. You aren't allowed to negotiate your own rates with Time Warner or whoever. They overcharge you for this service also. My first bill had $146.01 for 20Mbps and basic cable (no cable boxes or anything). By comparison, I got an offer from TWC in the mail for $80 / month for faster internet and the same TV.
Location:
The general location is good here. Close to a lot of nice shops and feels like a good area. The complex is situated in a shady looking corner though. Behind some cash advance store and a strip mall with a liquor store and other seedy shops. Also, the main entrance has a gate that you have to exit your car to open. The other entrance has the keypad on the driver's side as it should be.
Grounds / Facilities:
The grounds here seem well-maintained. There have been crews coming out tending to the grass and shrubs every weekend so far this summer. The pool is small - medium sized and I think it is 4ft deep all around. The gym area isn't very large. There are 2 treadmills and 2 ellipticals. There are free weights up to 50 pounds and 2 or three weight machines. The gym is in the same room as the office so working out during the day would be putting on a show for the staff. There is a glass wall separating the rooms but the ceiling is vaulted so the space seems shared.
Cost / Value:
I ended up paying $950 per month for a two bedroom unit here. The electric bill worked out to about $3.40 per day in the spring time with limited HVAC use. I think the value I'm getting would be good enough if I didn't have to pay so much for TV/Internet service. The thing that is most frustrating is I don't even want TV service, they force their customers to buy it though to extract more money from you.

Provided by YPmobileNot a nice property. Notice they do not post interior pictures. They advertise for lower rents but then tell you it is higher once you come in. Most of the patios face a loud highway. That is your view, and that is the sound you fall asleep to at night. Gates are not closed and some of the units are not even within the gates. The inside of the units smell terrible and are run down. The two girls at the office are nice, but the senior management has terrible customer service skills. The caliber of tenants is sketchy. Just be mindful to look around carefully. They also make you share your electric and cable bill with your neighbors. Just ask. It is non negotiable.
