I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The initial sales call and follow up communications were prompt and fully explained. The estimated wait time for the windows to arrive stayed within schedule and the price and product were fair.
The real magic was when the installers arrived. We were told they would be there by 9:15 A.M. They arrived promptly and hit the ground running. The crew of four unloaded 16 windows, equipment ,tools and started removing the old windows. They were very careful both inside and out to not damage or disturb landscaping on the exterior and household items inside. They worked in a structured and professional manner and cleaned up as they progressed.
When finished I was taken on a tour of the home and had a couple of manufacturer defects/scratches that I may or may not have noticed, pointed out in the window glass itself and they assured me new pieces would be ordered to rectify this minor issue
They estimated they would finish up by 4:30 PM and the trucks actually pulled out at that exact time having left my rooms as clean if not cleaner than when they arrived.
The experience of this crew gave me a total sense of confidence in my decision to go with The Western Hills Window Company.
All in all I can't imagine anyone doing a better job on my home. Thank you Western Hills Window!!!
