Terrible experience! After having amazing service from Widmer's in dry cleaning for over 20 years, they were the first that came to mind for carpet cleaning or a rental property Appointment was made for the late afternoon. The tech called the day of service to ask me to come several hours early, so I dropped what I was doing to get there and let them in. Both techs told me they were so happy they would be finished early that day. Since the appointment time had changed, I had other appointments, so left them in the vacant rental property to clean. When I went to check on things the next day, it was clear they had done NOTHING! Carpet was still stained, no marks on the floor from the equipment, etc. I went to Kroger and bought some carpet cleaner and easily got up the stains so I know they did not clean the carpet. I spoke to the supervisor and he offered me half of my money back because he "still has the expense of the van and the equipment" as if that's my problem. I paid $60 for NOTHING! These 2 techs wanted to go home early and the did not clean the carpet!!

This dry cleaners to say the least is not a dry cleaner at all!! Even when requesting Dry Clean they machine washed my bedding and complete ruined the filling as it shrunk I am sure it was not washed in cold water not that would have changed the results but lessened them. When taking it back to the Madeira store to see what could be done Kim Lewis the Store Manager she was unapologetic and stated it was a manufacturers issue and would not do anything about it - not return my money NOTHING!!! While I understand the tag indicated it should be machine washed when a customer asked for Dry Cleaning you should tell them you can not dry clean it only machine was it and I would not have paid $35 for a machine washing and the ruining of my expensive bedding. Anyone who knows about fabric or linen materials which I would have assumed of a cleaners would know this is what would happen if machine washed. I highly recommend you understand what your cleaner will do even when requested by you so don't waste your money -- I feel 1 star is being generous.

Matt and Lawrence cleaned 5 rooms, 2 hallways and a sofa and love seat. They were very professional. They arrived promptly, explained everything they were doing and did an outstanding job! The house looks and smells wonderful! This was the first time I had used this company, but will not be the last! I highly recommend this company.

I hate cleaning carpets but not as much as my husband. So we called Widmer's Cleaners because we didn't want to waste all that time renting a rug shampooer and using it. Widmer's came out and did our rugs and the husband and I didn't fight and it was a good day all around. We even went out to dinner that night. Highly recommended to all

I've been renting a carpet cleaning machine to clean my carpets for years. I will never do that again. Widmer's did an extremely good job. I've never seen the carpet look as good as it does now.

Widmer's Carpet cleaning rins a great business. They have a crew of experienced techs that understand carpet and will clean your rugs in no time. I use them at least once a year to do the down stairs. The dogs and kids are very hard on the rugs. Having them cleaned at least once a year has them last a little longer.

I was very impressed with Keith's attitude and the difference the cleaning made on my carpet.

I've had two different techs the two times I used Widmer's and both of them were very knowledgeable and did a great job. Highly recommended.

Chris and Matt were pleasant, professional and clean cut. They did an excellent job and I already have recommended Widmer's to others.

Keith is a star! He is extremely well mannered and I told him I was checking other company's prices, but couldn't exchange Widmer's great service for a $14 difference.

I can't believe how good the carpet looks now. I was ready to tear it up and get new carpet, but I believe I can live with it now...it looks so good.
