The William Howard Taft National Historic Site. The Greek Revival brick house is the birthplace and boyhood home of the 27th president and 10th chief justice of the United States. Four rooms are furnished to reflect the Taft's family life 1857-77. Other rooms have exhibits depicting the Taft family and the president's devotion to his public career. Tours begin in the Taft Education center next door.
