Horific service. Employees are very rude. They kept telling us that, "we're busy" as if that is an excuse to mistreat their customers. We will never come back. What a joke ...

My wife and I have been trying delivery from different Chinese restaurants in the area, trying to find the best. Win Wok had the absolute worst customer service we've found. They told us it would be 35-40 minutes for delivery. At 1 hour 15 minutes, we called...no "sorry," just "We're busy, it will get there when we get a chance." Seriously, that's what they said. At 1 hour 30 minutes, they showed up; again no "sorry." I asked the driver (who I tipped, by the way) to pass on that 1 hour 30 minutes is unreasonable and that if they were busy they could have at least said that up front or apologized. The driver got VERY defensive, visibly upset and said "We're busy, I do the best I can; don't take the food then." I can't believe that they actually tried to make us feel guilty for ordering delivery! All I wanted was a friggin' apology, honestly. We've found a few other good Chinese restaurants in Anderson Township. Try one of those instead. We won't be ordering from Win Wok again.
