Exceptional customer service. A greeting when you come in the door. Responds to all questions. And they offer a lot of help before someone actually does make a purchase. The owner and staff are very professional. The staff members appear to enjoy their work and the puppies. I have never had a negative experience and have been in the store SEVERAL TIMES. I was on the cusp of purchasing two puppies on two different occasions, and my husband is just not ready. Despite all of the help I was offered without a purchase, the owner has maintained a professional demeanor. He pointed out that he would be more than happy and willing to work with me when the timing is right for a second dog. GREAT PLACE! GOOD BUSINESS ETIQETTE. WELL WORTH A VISIT IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PUPPY!
