They can't keep up with the demand volume. I paid extra to have my prescription shipped out within 8 days. Assuming that means 8 business days, my prescription should have been shipped out four days ago. It still hasn't been shipped out. I will not be using this pharmacy for any more prescriptions or refills. Even 8 days is too long when we need our prescriptions, and when we pay extra, they should be shipped out within the time frame provided.

Every person I have spoken to at Care First has been extremely helpful and accommodating to needs and requests. All of my questions and concerns are taken seriously. I feel as though the pharmacy is part of my daughter's health care team, not just where her meds come from. So grateful for all they do!
