Provided by SuperpagesI have never heard of such a thing. It is the end of April and they have markers there waiting to be put in the ground since November. In their own words, they have dozens of markers that have not yet been placed. Their reason for this is because the grounds froze and then thawed making it unsuitable for placing the marker. Okay. I could have accepted that answer a month ago, but why don't they have people working overtime to get these things in? This is very important to families. I feel they are being quite disrespectful. On a perfectly sunny Sunday, the sun was shining, and the ground was warm but firm. They did not have any one working to put these late stones in.
