Recently called to make an appointment and a very unkind and unprofessional lady refused to groom my dog because of his breed. Would not recommend going here.

Gave my dog back to me DAMP in SINGLE digit weather, Cut him much shorter than I had asked. He had NO matts so there was no reason for this. They also skimmed the hair by his eye so short it left him with a bald spot! AWFUL! DO not recommend!

they have been doing my dogs for five years now, always a great job and grooming is usually done in an hour ,place is clean and friendly and reasonably priced

I don't even think they deserve one star. We live in Columbus, and my dad had recommended them for our cat.He takes their dog and they always do a good job. However I feel they are completely unprofessional. We had an appointment at ten o'clock, and no one even came to open the business. We waited outside and called numerous times. Finally we received a phone call telling us that we hadn't made an appointment. I hope they do business differently with people they know. However I will not be recommending them to anyone. We ended up calling another grooming shop on North court street, they were more than happy to accept our business. Good luck to the owner of Jones. You haven't started your new year off well.
