Having recently purchased a truck from Ken I would give the overall experience a middle of the road rating. The trucks in his yard were relatively clean and in fair condition. He was very professional and courteous and his staff was accommodating. The truck I ended up buying was not exactly what he led me to believe however it is or has been a good truck so far and the price was reasonable. I think the old adage buyer beware certainly applies, however I think a good deal can be had if one is willing to do some homework and invest enough time. I would not hesitate to buy another truck from Ken, however that is not to say I wouldn't look elsewhere as well. As to being picked up from the airport I could not say since I have my own transportation in Florida.
