Provided by YP.comI always return to Appliance Parts Center. Why go elsewhere when I can have true pros, like Joe, makings sure I get the correct parts at the best prices?
Without a doubt the most reliable parts center anywhere!
As a matter of fact, Joe should get the "employee on the month" parking spot every month!!

Provided by YP.comTHANK YOU, THANK YOU, Thank You, Ok, if you catch these guys at the end of a bad day, they might not be all sugar and sweet, but that's only because they have people like me asking them to work miracles. I had a burned up circuit board out of a dishwasher from a lady that could not afford the $170 for the new board let alone a new dishwasher. There were only two components burned on the board, so they took our a new board for me to read the values on the board so I could go to Frys and repair the dishwasher. One family is back to normal with a working dishwasher because of these guys, so think about that when the price is two bucks higher than ebay...

Provided by YPmobileI always go to these guys at appliance parts center for all my appliance parts needs. They have helped me fix my AC unit a few times, dishwasher, and gas dryer. Also they have helped me fix some of my neighbors stuff. Today it was the AC unit. They always have the expertise to help diagnose the problem and help me fix it right and cheap!

Provided by YP.comToday (11/26/12), while at work, my fiance texted me saying that the the timer on the dryer had broke. I had known this to be an issue in my model. After some internet research, I found the part number and checked the prices online. My fiance wished the dryer to be fixed today and I obliged by calling The Appliance Parts Center. I explained my situation and asked if the part was in stock. I was rewarded with a rude demand for the part number. After confirmation that the part was in stock, I placed the part on hold under my fiance's name. When my fiance went to pick up the part, she entered the store, made eye contact with the gentlemen behind the counter where no acknowledgment of her existence was made. After some time, another gentlemen walked by and asked if she had been helped; he completed the transaction. After I got home, I discover that it was not the timer on my dryer, but the knob had broken; I simply swapped it with the buzzer knob. I then called Appliance Parts Center and explained the situation and inquired about returning. Again, I was greeted with rudeness and disdain; they said all sales were final and that it was posted in the store. I mentioned that this part was never taken out of the box and I was happy to repay a stocking fee. Again, the rude comments that I should have known better and that their policy is no returns. I mentioned that this is no where on their website, nor was it mentioned in our phone conversation when I put it on hold. It is this type of rude, unwavering service that causes small businesses to fail. I should have saved the $30 difference and bought the part online. Appliance Parts Center will NEVER EVER receive my business and I will tell everyone of my experience. I would have given them a lower rating if possible.

Provided by YP.comI had a problem with my refrigerator, I called and talked to one of the parts guys and described what it was doing. After a few questions and a couple of tests, They were able to help me figure out what was going on. I went into the store where they showed me the part that I needed, printed pictures and talked me through the repair. I saved a lot of money and frustration. Thank you Mike T.
