I am sadly a 2nd time customer this time. My Mom passed recently and I ordered another marker from here. The person taking my order in person told me there was only one stone left like the one I was ordering and said there would be a wait if I didn't pay in full. Paid in full and then it took over 2 months for them to install. Very unhappy! Then come to find out they didn't install it correctly according cemetery requirements and they'll have to go back and fix it! Never again will I use them.!
