As a woman it can be intimidating to go into a business like this, however the staff here was very helpful and thoroughly explained the problems to me.

I have smoged multiple vehicles at this location for personal and the company i work for I have nothing but pleasant encounters other than the 1 time m truck failed due to a egr tube

I stopped in EARLY (8:20) to get a smog done. The man was late to open shop, then made me wait while he counted the cash drawer. Very RUDE man, I felt like I was putting him out being there while he drank his Red Bull. I too, work early, but you don't keep the customer waiting while you do things that should of been done before he opened the doors. Where has Customer Service gone? Maybe if he had gotten up alittle bit earlier and did these things before opening the door and making customers wait on HIM to get ready. When you open at 8:30, that means, service starts then, not 15 minutes later. I had to work that morning, so left his shop and spent my hard earned money at another shop down the street. Thanks for nothing
