John was referred so I was a bit unsure. He gave me a great price, called with updates and even called and told me some work I thought needed...wasn't needed.

The owner is really nice but horrible business. My family has gone to him for 15 years and the last 5 years his business and work has been horrible. Just last week he charged my mother a diagnostic fee and charged her for a new battery saying that was the issue with her car and she left there paying a total of $200. From the beginning my mother told him it was not the battery, he never really researched the problem and a week later my mom ends up stranded out at her grandchildrens school while picking them up. She called and still no resolution. I stopped going here about 2 years ago for this reason.
