Really wish I had read reviews on this place prior to going there. When people say this guy is rude, that's an understatement. He wasn't open on time, failed to have my uhaul equipment ready and refused to rent me a truck because I didn't want to hear his speech. I opted not to take the insurance, I know what that means. I've rented many,many trucks from uhaul and I completed the online check in on the Web. So I didn't need to hear his speech. As soon as I told him I wish I had reviewed his business prior he gave me back my credit card and drivers license and told me to leave, now I'm super pissed Cuz I made this reservation two weeks prior. I said some choice words yes, and I had every right. He then called corporate uhaul and continued to yell at them. What he failed to realize is that they called me immediately and apologized FOR HIS BEHAVIOR!! the rep could not believe what had happened.... me either. Moral of this story is always check reviews... will never ever go to this place and I would highly recommend you don't either....
