Such great deals with the various coupons and cash rewards, plus good customer service and easy returns!

This is a big store and it does have a variety of clothes. They are set up by brand name which is to difficult. I prefer to have all the shirts together, etc

Great place to shop for the whole family. I love their sales. They have the best discount racks. I really like the $5 stuff animals every so often they change.

Great location, love the variety of clothes, we always get great deals. The housewares dept is my favorite just love to look

I hate going shopping but normally can find what I need here at Kohls. I don't think I've had more than 2 people in front of me in line. If there is a line it usually moves pretty fast.

Very disappointed when this store took over Mervyns. I do not care to shop at Kohls because the store is set up by brand names. So all the dresses aren't in one area. I suppose it is good for those who shop brand names only.

I like the store even though it's one of the smaller ones. They have amazing deals. The lines usually aren't long either.

Lots of variety , great prices IF you have coupons if you sign up for their rewards program they will send you coupons weekly . So great place to shop especially if you have coupons !

We stopped into Kohl's to use some Kohl's cash that was about to expire and wanted to use it on the buy one get one at 50% off Hanes. We could not find the size we needed, but an employee checked their backstock and found what we needed. Great service!!!

My daughter & I love coming to this Kohl's! We seem to find a bigger selection here, and it's more organized than other Kohl's that often seem picked over sparse.

I can find just about anything I'm looking for here! They have a wide variety of items to choose from. I can lose track of time just browsing AND always find something I want!

The people here are very friendly. They will let you apply multiple coupons to one purchase, unlike so many other places. Last week I used a $5 coupon along with a $10 coupon plus 30% off my entire purchase. What a deal!!

Usually a clean and organized store. The cashiers are pretty quick and efficient but hard to find anyone on the sales floor for assistance. Great savings when shopping sales, otherwise a bit pricey for what they have to offer!

I actually was at the location in citrus heights on San Juan and the associate name Cassandra that assisted me was wonderful! There was one shirt I could not find in my size that she found at a near location and had the shirt placed on hold for me to pick up the next day. Awesome! Then there were three other shirts I could not find in my size that she used her PDA for to check around for me with no luck. However she suggested I use the kiosk to order them online and get them shipped to me. I was so thankful for her and she ever stayed there and assisted me with the kiosk since one shirt did not want to scan and one wouldn't allow me to select my size, but that's the one I'm piking up tomorrow at the other location. She stood there and entered the sku number for me and guided me all the way through to the checkout process. Come to find out my kohls charge card wasn't even on me but there were no worries Cassandra had that part covered too. All it took was me showing her my I.D. And entering my social on the litte machine there at customer service. So in the end I was able to checkout with a temporary pass, that also didn't want to scan, but she was there enter my kohls charge card number for me. Thanks so much cassandra for the up most customer service I have ever experienced in my life.
