One of my favorite stores I always find what I'm looking for I am always helped but I am looking for a new fragrance or make up but not over pushy I love Macy's

Great quality of clothes even if it is a little higher price. You have to walk around the whole floor though because it is all in brand names.

This location is a bit better than Stockton location but not by much. It's an older store but lately not impressed.

Enjoy shopping at Macy's because they have a large selection in petite sizes. If you can find an associate they are very helpful.

Waiting in line to return an item,'one associate and a long line!
Other Associates are just walking by, or standing behind the counter, standing there!
Bad service!!!

I like Macy's. They do have some quality stuff. I don't like having the men's and women's departments separated like the are at Sunrise Mall. It means I have to walk all around the mall to go to both places.

I love shoes I love their great selection of shoes for any occasion. The variety is great and I love the coupons that you can use on your mobile phone.

We bought a couch here in 2012, had a great in-store service, but bad delivery experience. Bought a dining room table in 2013, and patio furniture in 2015. For both, we had great in-store service and excellent delivery service. I was satisfied with the value for the money on all 3 big ticket items.

I can always find something I want at Macy's. They have a great variety of clothing and housewares, and it is a perfect spot to shop for gifts.

I love this store because it is not too crowded and the sales people are all friendly and knowledgable. They have a great Impulse department and usually have plenty in stock.
