We had a great time. The food was good watched a game an enjoyed ourselves. Eat and drink an be merry!

This is our usual pizza place we ordered from. The pizza is good and they usually deliver pretty fast.

Tried a new pizza, mushrooms pepperoni olives bacon and it was a amazing pizza served fast and hot.

I called in a pizza order on Saturday 6/8/13 -1 pizza 1 2litre of pepsi for delivery. When the delivery girl showed up she had a receipt for $69.35 I said this isn't my receipt my order was $25.36. She told me that's not your receipt sign this other receipt that showed 1 pizza 1 2liter but had no total. I gave her a $5 tip and thought that would be the end of it. When I checked my statement on Monday I noticed I was charged $30.36 for my order and $69.35. I called the supervisor and was told the owner is out of town and there's absolutely nothing he can do. Come back Thursday and talk to the owner. So I came back Thursday and asked to talk to the owner. I was told he is still out of town but his wife was there. Great let me talk to her. After a wait I was told she doesn't want to talk to me and to wait til her husband returns, but I never was told when that would be. I told the nice girl working who delivered my pizza and remembered me "you charged me $70 for pizza I didn't order and Ive been blown off since Monday to get my money back, Im not leaving until I speak with someone" After a long wait the owners wife came out and said leave your phone number and bank statement that I brought in and her husband will call me Friday. When I told her I made a phone order and the receipt for $69.36 says online order she told me well we can't help you. That's a 3rd party and we have nothing to do with that. And after 7 days you can't dispute it. She took my number and said her husband would call me Friday. Well know one ever called me Friday. I had to go to my bank and file a fraudulent charge and am waiting to hear what the bank says. So now its 6 days since ordered the pizza. I have been blown off by mountain mikes on my 1st phone call and me taking my valuable time to go in to the store and try to get this resolved. They could care less that they charged me $70 for pizza I didn't order and made no attempt to even act like they cared or to say they are sorry in any way. Instead they made me get a bank statement to prove they charged me $69.36 since they had no records at all of it in there system. Sounds like an employee took my credit card # and made a $69.36 withdraw from my account. And they act like Im the one who stole from them. I will never buy a pizza from this or any Mountain Mikes pizza again and am ready to go stand in front of a store with a sign telling people to be aware of using your credit card with them. They will withdraw money from your account and will not help you in any way to resolve it. I knew I should have ordered ROUND TABLE maybe that"s why they are called the last honest pizza. Good bye forever mountain mikes. Wish I could give you a negative 5 star review.

I used to love this place. My buddies and I went there for almost every Kings game for beer and pizza. Now I can't say anything bad about the food. However the people that own this place are very rude when they think you are not a customer. I actually came into this establishment with the intentions of getting food for myself and my daughter during lunch one day during the week. We went into the restaurant and headed strait for the bathroom because we both had been in the car running errands for awhile. They refused to let us use the bathroom stating it's for customers only. I told them "I come here all the time. What are you talking about?" I even told them "I was going to order something AFTER we used the restroom." They said no so we left, used the bathroom at Walgreens next door so my daughter, who was 4 at the time didn't have an accident. Then we went to Round Table across the street and ate pizza. I can honestly say these people lost a life long customer. I now go to the Mountain Mike's on Madison Ave in Fair Oaks. The seem nicer. Hopefully all business owners read this and learn a lesson. CUSTOMERS STILL COME FIRST!!!
