Excellent hamburgers and fries, The staff is very quick . And friendly.

Everytime I come here I always leave happy! Great food, friendly staff, lively atmosphere. I love stopping in for a burger. And bottomless fries with the campfire sauce is delicious.

The wait time was especially long on a Friday night. But I do really like how they can text you when your table is ready. I like that they don't allow kids in the bar since so many other restaurants DO, but I wish I could have sat there with my kid that night so we didn't have to wait. Good is consistently good, service is hit and miss.

Yummy burgers, my favorite is the Royal Robin burger with an egg on top! and endless perfectly seasoned fries! The staff is always friendly, and the drinks always hit the spot! A big thumbs up for me!

My family and I went there for lunch last Sunday. It was not busy when we arrived but was quite crowded by the time we left. We sat in the bar area and had a wonderful waitress, very friendly and helpful. Our drinks and food were brought out to us in a timely manner. All our meals were very good and we had a relaxing and great time. We will go back!

Great hamburgers and really good salads too. Good variety of food. Never ending French fries too, thick and good.

I love the wide selection of burgers available at Red Robin and their garlic fries are to die for. Their service is usually excellent. Their prices are a little higher than the normal fast food restaurants, but the quality of their food and the portion sizes are much better. Their salads are also really, really good.

The serve was excellent on a busy holiday Monday. However we were shocked to see that we were charged for an entertainment fee for singing Happy Birthday to our daughter. The burgers were great! The onion rings are really good. But the bottomless fries could have used a few more minutes in the cooker.

THE WORST RESTAURANT IN THE ENTIRE CITY OF SACRAMENTO. LAZY STAFF, HORRIBLE SERVICE, AND TO TOP IT OFF, THE FOOD WAS JUST THROWN ON OUR PLATES IT WAS THE MOST DISAPPOINTING MEAL I HAVE EVER HAD TO ENDURE. NOT ONLY ENDURE, BUT FREAKING PAY FOR!!! IF THE SN&R WAS GIVING OUT AN AWARD FOR THE SADDEST RESTAURANT IN ALL OF SACRAMENTO, CA., IT WOULD DEFINATELY HAVE TO GO TO RED ROBIN ON GREENBACK LANE BY SUNRISE MALL. LOW BUDGET, SLUGGISH EMPLOYEES, AS WELL AS THE RANKEST SMELL OF A SOUR RAG FUMING FROM ATOP OUR TABLE. i HOPE IT WAS THE TABLE THAT SMELT, IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN THE WAITRESS, BUT EITHER WAY IT WAS A STINKY EXPERIENCE.

Horrible service. Food just so so. We have tried this location a few times and always the same poor service. Servers always blame it on the kitchen.
