Robyn did my Estate sale on Apr 27 - 28. I had a house full (couches, oak roll-top desk, oak bookcases, oak file cabinets, bedding, comforters, freezer, end tables and many misc. kitchen items). She related that she would have a clean-up crew remove the items that did not sell and take them to be "DONATED". After several weeks of "NO" response from her, she related that the the total sales were approx $1,200 and after her 50% and the clean-up charge of $400, I would get approx $250. She never mentioned the clean-up costs during her initial visit. After the sale, she had two men, (one was her husband, Martin of Martin's Estate Sale) remove the items that did not sell. During the clean-up, Martin called Robyn several times and asked "what warehouse" he was to take the left over items. As of today Jun 8th, I have called and left Robyn voicemail messages 15+ times and still no response. Per the contract (para 1n) it stated that I should receive a written summary of the sale results and receive a check for the proceeds of the sale within 10 days following the sale. It appears that Robyn's Estate Sale is a scam and everyone should be aware of her business.
